1. How to purchase my goods?
Currently we only accept the online order and email order. Please browse our web shop www.bloomnine.com, select your products and put in the cart, choose payment online,cash on delivery or wire money after confirm your order. You can also send email to service@bloomnine.com directly to inform us what product you want, we will get back to you to confirm the order as soon as possible.
2.How can I pay my purchases?
You can choose online payment by international credit cards (Visa, JCB) and Chinese bank cards, or cash on delivery, bank wire payment.
3.How to protect customer privacy?
We fully respect your personal information and privacy, the information is intended only for bloomnine, and we guarantee it won’t be shared with third parties.
All the information regarding your orders and consultants are strictly confidential. If we do need to confirm your orders by phone, at first we will make sure if you are convenience to answer the phone.
The goods your purchase will be delivered confidentially. We use neutral packing for delivery (without special mark) and the description of the parcel will be “gift” or “sample” or the specific description, which you prefer.
Our carrier will only see the finished package without knowing the content of the package.
4.How to know if my payment on line is protected?
www.bloomnine.com uses IPS for its secured online payments. IPS is designed from the ground up to be one of the safest ways to send money online. IPS payments are sent without sharing financial information. In fact, IPS never shares financial information with or sells it to merchants.
5.What to do if I forget my password?
You can require your password by following the instruction on our website, or you can send email to service@bloomnine.com, we will send your password to your registered mailbox.
6.How to know if my payment is successful?
If you pay through online payment, you can check your account details from your online bank to ensure the payment has been successful. If you pay by bank remittance, please contact us by leaving your name, amount, order number and phone number, we will reply to you after checking the payment status.
7. How to check my order status?

8. When will I receive my package after successful payment?
We aim at dispatching your orders within 1-3 working days (exclude holidays) by express, normally the customers in China mainland will receive the package within 3-5 working days after dispatch. If you are overseas customer, you can send email to service@bloomnine.com and we will help you to check delivery time according to your location.
9. How to exchange the defective products?
Bloomnine only provides the products with excellent quality and design, If you found a defective or are dissatisfied with the products from bloomnine, you may return it for exchange, please note below regulations accordingly:
(1) The goods packing and appearance should be in perfect condition and not have been used.
(2) The goods defective is not caused by uncorrected use of the product.
(3) You have to claim for the exchange within 7 days after receipt.
Please contact service@bloomnine.com to facilitate the return of your order within the cancellation period as stated above, this email will service as a notice of cancellation. After we have received your email we will mail you back with the address, please send your goods back to us by in their original packaging and choose reliable carrier, bloomnine does not in any way accept responsibility for loss or defective in transit.
After we receive your return goods and confirm it’s accord with our return policy, you will receive the replacement within 5-10 working days (for China mainland).
Since the adult toys belong to private using products, it's unacceptable to exchange once you have opened the package and used the products.
